Vålerenga Ishockey is Norway’s most successful and iconic ice hockey club, founded in 1913 and based in Oslo. Representing one of the country’s most recognised sporting organisations, Vålerenga have played a central role in the development of Norwegian ice hockey for more than a century.
The team plays its home games at Jordal Amfi, a modern arena built on the historic site of the club’s former home. Recognised by their famous blue and red colours, Vålerenga are known for their fast, attacking style of hockey, strong skating, competitive mentality and long-standing tradition of developing elite Norwegian players.
