Coach Mark Lehtonen is a former professional ice hockey coach who has mentored and developed players across multiple leagues. His approach blends video study, systems structure, and bench-level context: line matchups, special teams structure, forecheck and neutral zone schemes, goalie reads, and in-game adjustments.
Every single day, Mark reviews 10-15 games across all major hockey leagues worldwide - from the NHL and top European leagues to international tournaments. This disciplined daily process helps our community focus on what truly drives outcomes: structure, execution, and form.
