NHL January 28, 2025: Results and Overview of All Matches

Edmonton Oilers 4, Seattle Kraken 2

In his return from a three-game suspension, Connor McDavid made an immediate impact, scoring a pivotal goal in the second period to help the Edmonton Oilers secure a 4-2 victory over the Seattle Kraken. Mattias Janmark, Corey Perry, and Mattias Ekholm also contributed goals for Edmonton. Goaltender Calvin Pickard was solid between the pipes, making 26 saves. Nashville Predators 6, San Jose Sharks 5

Despite relinquishing a three-goal lead, the Predators edged out the Sharks with a 6-5 win. Fedor Svechkov scored the game-winning goal in the third period, extending his goal streak to three games.
